Meet the Team

Gazi founded D3 and is the executive director of the ministry.
Bethany is the director of advancement. She helps in the areas of communication and partner development.
Gazi is Albanian and Bethany is American. They were living in Albania and serving with D3 until they had to move to the USA to get medical care for their son. They continue to lead D3 from the states.

Flori is the hands and feet of our work in Albania. He serves as the director of operation in Albania. He goes to the orphanage daily and helps tutor, lead activities and more. He also coordinates with volunteers, teams and helps the orphanage staff.
