Meet the Team

Gazi founded D3 and is the executive director of the ministry.
Bethany is the director of advancement. She helps in the areas of communication and partner development.
Gazi is Albanian and Bethany is American and they have been married since 2022. They were living in Albania and serving with D3 until they had to move to the USA to get medical care for their son. They continue to lead D3 from the states.

Isabel is working with D3 for the summer and will work mainly with the girls. Her duties will be focused on creating meaningful experiences for the girls that build life skills and create opportunities for mentorship and discipleship.

Flori is the hands and feet of our work in Albania. He serves as the director of ministry in Albania. He goes to the orphanage daily and helps tutor, lead activities and more. He also coordinates with volunteers, teams and helps the orphanage staff.

Erlind started working with D3 in the winter of 2026. We is working part time and tutors several of the boys and leads soccer practices and scrimmages.
